Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) are broad statements that describe the expected achievements of the graduates a few years after graduation. Keeping in view the vision and mission of the University and mission of its department, the Department of Mechatronics & Control Engineering has defined following PEOs:

To nurture Mechatronics engineer who

  1. Can skillfully design, implement and/or maintain integrated solutions to general Mechatronics engineering problems.
  2. Is capable of developing professional/managerial skills, while adhering to high ethical values, to excel in industry/ research organizations or succeed in entrepreneurial ventures.
  3. Can innovate and embark on new directions in advancing the Mechatronics technologies which have direct national and international relevance.
  4. Is capable of contributing to diversity, socioeconomic growth, and sustainable development as a team member.
